Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Last updated: 26 June 2026

1. Who handles your payment

Paid subscription plans for Raven are sold and billed through Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Refunds are issued by Paddle on our instruction, back to your original payment method. Your purchase is also governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

2. EU/UK right of withdrawal (cooling-off)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Digital content and services are an exception: by starting to use the paid service during the 14-day period, you acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal to the extent the service has been supplied. Where the right still applies and you have not consumed the service, contact us for a full refund.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or via the management link on your Paddle receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

4. Service already supplied

Raven is sold as a subscription, not as metered credits or one-off purchases. Your subscription gives you access to Raven’s AI writing features for the billing period you have paid for. Once you have begun using those features in a billing period, the service for that period has been supplied: the fee for the current period is non-refundable except where §2 (cooling-off) or §5 (discretionary & legally required refunds) applies. Cancelling stops future renewals as described in §3 and does not charge you for periods after the one in progress.

5. Discretionary & legally required refunds

We will provide refunds where required by applicable consumer-protection law, and we may provide goodwill refunds at our discretion — for example, for a duplicate charge, a billing error, or a service fault that prevented you from using what you paid for.

6. How to request a refund

Email billing@raven.app with the email address on your account and your Paddle order or receipt number. We aim to respond within 5 business days. You may also contact Paddle directly through the help link on your receipt.
